Vietnam ; Saigon x Ho Chi Minh city ; TMBH

A couple of nights ago, I still remember having one of the best banh mí's ever in Saigon and many other delicious staples the people have on a daily basis.

You might wonder how and why does this post even matter to our bagel speciality store. We've learnt that diversity and having memorable experiences in other parts of the world pushes you forward plus to have the mentality to never stop learning from others. It forces you to be open-minded to cultivate the multi-cultural food scenes and to how they showcase quality standards which comes from the most unexpected sources. It pushes your objectives so wide in creating a dish and to be grateful to what we can find here in Singapore.

We also discovered that at TMBH, some of our valuable guests were uneducated about bagels and the things We do and may have quickly term us as a food trend that will shut it doors in the coming years. Because in truth, food and beverage trends grow and go quickly here in our city because of the oversupplies of cafes.

Our vision is clear, concise and empathetic. We have a heart for every customer that walks in our store for a bagel because that not only represents an opportunity for us to grow the bagel demand but more importantly to build a strong relationship with every guest.

Here's a photo story of our Vietnam/ Saigon trip and we hope you enjoy

Traffic conditions in Saigon. It's pretty bad but not as bad as you think. The motorcycles go around you while you cross the roads.

TMBH- The bagel house crew heads to Tokyo

Last November, the bagel house crew traveled to Tokyo as a team for the first time to experience its unique food culture and also understanding each other's strength and weakness. It was our very first travel together as a team and like We all experience life like a speed of light so We saw the importance of gravitating our principles and values to make Japan a memorable experience.

It was also a great opportunity for us to bond as a team, whereby it was the greatest aspect of all. One of the highlights was also a chance for us to connect our soul and energy in Japan where We would experience some great passionate individuals who share the same craft as us and people who are equally striving to bring their best out in the food and beverage industry,

Scroll down and find out more about our trip, eats and laughs.
